- Post Graduate Fellow - Radiology (Neuro-Spine MRI) - Concord Repatriation General Hospital
Description
The primary purpose of the role of the Post Graduate Fellow in Radiology (Neuro-Spine MRI) is to provide program of additional training to develop subspecialty interests in Radiology and subspecialise in high-end Neuro-Spine imaging, and to further develop core clinical skills required in this area. The Post Graduate Fellow will have completed advanced training to become a specialist medical practitioner in Radiology.
The Post Graduate Fellow will provide high quality clinical care, diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Radiology at the level of a Post Graduate Fellow, and participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within the Radiology Department and Concord Hospital as required. They will ensure high standards of professional performance and contribute to an academic environment which supports education, research and professional development.
Requirements
Current medical practitioner, registered or eligible for specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FANZCR) and/or other equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Staff Specialists (State) Award. (Note: Applicants expecting to be awarded their Fellowship prior to, or within three months of the expected commencement date, may be considered.)
