Why This Role Stands Out
$4,000 per day – a premium rate for experienced breast imaging specialists
Flexible scheduling – choose from multiple short assignments across January, March, June and September 2026
Balanced workload – approximately 14 breast cases per day including screening and diagnostic mammography, targeted breast ultrasound and interventional procedures
State-of-the-art setup – work within a dedicated breast suite featuring full-field digital mammography, tomosynthesis and ultrasound-guided intervention capabilities. All procedures are performed on site, including stereotactic biopsies, hook-wire localisations and FNAs, with patients seamlessly referred for surgery within the hospital network.
Supportive multidisciplinary team – you’ll collaborate with skilled breast surgeons, pathologists and specialist nurses as part of a coordinated diagnostic-to-surgical pathway.

What We’re Looking For
- FRANZCR-qualified Radiologist with breast imaging experience
- Confident in performing biopsies, FNAs and localisations
- Available for at least one of the listed locum periods
- Comfortable working in a busy yet supportive hospital environment
