Radiology Tasmania is an independent practice with 5 modern sites in Tasmania. We have a team of 9 radiologists and 80 staff in total. Our practice conducts MRI (3T), CT, Ultrasound and X-Ray for patients in Hobart and Launceston.
We have a fantastic team of professionals who are focused on providing the best quality radiology possible.
Tasmania offers a wonderful lifestyle and is a great place to raise a family, with a mild climate, easy access to outdoor activities, wineries, fantastic galleries (MONA) and cafes on the waterfront.
Company History
Radiology Tasmania was established in 2007 by Dr Pip Taplin. Pip graduated as the ‘Gold Medallist’ in Radiodiagnosis and Pathology. After working for several years with a corporate Pip decided to establish an independent practice focused on quality, where like minded doctors and radiographers could work.
In 9 years we have grown to have 5 busy sites, 8 radiologists and 80 fantastic staff.
