Integral Diagnostics operates brands multiple Australian states: Lake Imaging, Capital Radiology, Direct Radiology, Future Medical Imaging and The Xray Group in Victoria, South Coast Radiology, Darling Downs Radiology, Imaging Queensland, Central Queensland Radiology & Sunshine Coast Radiology in Queensland, Apex Radiology and Capital Radiology in Western Australia, Fowler Simmons in South Australia, and in Tasmania - Radiology Tasmania as well as operate in Auckland, New Zealand through the Astra Radiology, Horizon Radiology, SRG Radiology and Trinity MRI brands.

Company History

IDX was born in 2002 with the first purchase of Lake Imaging closely followed by South Coast Radiology in 2014,
Apex Radiology ( previously Global Diagnostics) in 2015, SRG (NZ) in May 2018, Imaging Queensland in 2019,

IDXt tele reporting Division and The X-Ray Group join IDX group in 2021, Horizon Radiology and Peloton Group in 2022 and in late 2024 Capitol Health joined to make IDX Group on of the largest Radiology providers in ANZ
