Description
Lumus Imaging is seeking expressions of interest from a FRANZCR qualified accredited Radiologists to join our dedicated Imaging team in the vibrant country town of Orange. This beautiful town in the central tablelands of NSW, offers a perfect blend of rural charm and modern convenience. Our Lumus Imaging site is a purpose built, large established community clinic, within a comprehensive medical hub, with private hospital and NSW health adjacent. It has a broad range of modalities including fully funded MRI, mammography, and dual source CT along with interventional work, ultrasound and X-ray. Referral mix is largely from the specialists and GP’s with a small amount of in patient referrals. This is a very exciting opportunity for a radiologist ready to make an impact in a very strong site for Lumus Imaging.
At Lumus we are committed to training and developing our Radiologists. Our Imaging clinical council will provide clinical and professional direction in radiology and nuclear medicine and assist with the clinical review of safety and quality governance initiatives, along with providing input into strategic clinical planning and development.
Further to this, on offer here is:

- Negotiable working and remuneration conditions
- Flexibility for full-time or part-time.
- Contracted short or medium term (3 months - 1 year) would be considered. This short - medium term period could also be FIFO.

As part of Lumus, you will have access to state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment and be supported by a team of highly trained technical staff with access to colleagues through a nationwide RIS/PACS allowing mentoring and collaboration in subspecialist interests.
The ideal candidates will possess experience and expertise across any of the following:
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- Interventional procedures
- Mammography
- X-ray
- Echo Ultrasound
- DR Dexa
- General Radiology
