As the Radiographer Clinical Manager - Nambour, you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership across a high-performing Medical Imaging team. This role drives excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centred care in Nambour Medical Imaging. You will lead the Medical Imaging services multi-disciplinary team at Nambour. Ensuring service development, supporting staff performance and professional growth, and contributing strategically within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities include:

* In conjunction with the Clinical Managers, operationally manage the Medical Imaging team across all disciplines within Nambour General Hospital.
* Professionally lead, and participate in, the delivery of Medical Imaging services at Nambour General Hospital, and provide professional and clinical advice and direction to health practitioners and other key stakeholders
* Deliver advanced Medical Imaging clinical and consultancy services across all clinical areas within Nambour General Hospital with minimal direct clinical supervision.
* Manage the quality of clinical practice within the Medical Imaging Service at Nambour General Hospital.

Remuneration value up to $14,384 p.m., comprising salary between $5557.50 - $5798.90 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (Fixed Term Temporary full time, 76 hrs p.f for 3 months with possible extension).
